Q.Do you offer rental or purchase options?

Both. Rental is ideal for one-off events, while purchase suits organisations running multiple events per year. We'll recommend the best option based on your needs.

Q.Can you add our event logo or sponsor branding to the wristbands?

Yes. Custom branding — including event logos, sponsor logos and colour themes — can be applied to every wristband in your order.

Q.Do the wristbands work outdoors?

Absolutely. Our wristbands are suitable for both indoor and outdoor venues and are weatherproof for New Zealand conditions.

Q.How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks before your event to allow time for customisation and delivery. For large events, earlier is better.

Q.Are the wristbands reusable?

Yes. Purchased wristbands are fully reusable and can be re-programmed for different events. Rented wristbands are returned after your event.
